This Morning Meditation Juice was inspired by the beverage served at First Watch restaurant. It’s way easier than their version though and it’s super delicious – you don’t even need a juicer. Plus, it gives me a huge energy boost after I drink it which is always a great thing!

Morning Meditation Juice

Y’all, I can’t even believe that I’m about to type this…

But….

I now drink beet juice.

There. I said it. And I can’t even believe it. Stay with me for a minute here… I promise that the way I drink it actually tastes good!

And it’s SUPER good for you. Might even turn you into a super hero 😉

Morning Meditation at First Watch

I started getting this drink called the Morning Meditation Juice at First Watch restaurant.

It contains ginger, turmeric, orange juice, & beet juice.

Not only is it really pretty but it tastes good and it works better for me than a cup of coffee or an energy drink.

When they make theirs, they juice the turmeric & the ginger.

When I started making my own version of the Morning Meditation First Watch recipe at home, I opted for using the turmeric and ginger from my spice cabinet and I have to say that I love it. Plus it’s really easy.

Sometimes I add ginger, but sometimes I don’t. I’m not a huge ginger person, so most the time I leave it out. I do use turmeric powder (I go for the organic) and I mix it in with my orange juice before I add the beet juice.

First Watch also adds agave nectar, but I’m not really a fan of it. I buy the Simply Orange Orange Juice and I find it to be sweet enough, and don’t need the addition of any sweetener.

You could always add another natural sweetener if you prefer though.

When you pour in the beet juice, do it really slowly for a pretty layered effect.

Thank you so much for figuring that recipe out! I am a dieter in old age and the addition of sugar syrup (in any form) is a pet peeve of mine. I’ll take my sugar in cookie form 😁

Thank you so much for this! I’m new to the restaurant and the drink and absolutely would drink it everyday if I was a rich girl. But I’m not, so I had to find a recipe that could work and it looks like I did. And I owe it all to you! Thank you again!!! 💗
