Got leftover meatloaf? Turn it into these insanely delicious Meatloaf Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. You’re gonna want to make meatloaf just to eat these!

Oh my word – so SOOOO good!!
All you need is leftover meatloaf, your choice of cheese, some bread & a little butter. In between two pieces of bread – layer a thin slice of leftover meatloaf & then top it with as much cheese as you like along with the other slice of bread. Melt the butter in a skillet & grill the sandwich on each side until browned.
Serve with marinara to dip if desired.
I love dipping these in warm marinara because it tastes like the most ultimate cheesy meatball sub you’ve ever had. You know, in leftover meatloaf grilled cheese form 😉
