These EVERYTHING BAGEL CRESCENT BITES are only 3 ingredients! Cream cheese stuffed everything bagel bites made easy with crescent dough… yum!

I’ve always had a thing for everything bagels. It’s a love that both my daughters seemed to have inherited as well.

We just love them.

I was recently on Whole30… and bagels are a strict NO. Bread all together is a strict no.

While stalking Whole30 posts on Instagram one day, I came across a picture of someone dousing chicken breasts in some Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel Seasoning and I was just like – where the heck has this been all my life??

Well, the nearest Trader Joe’s to me is about 20 miles away.. and since I live in Metro Atlanta, I estimate it would take about 3.4 days to get there with traffic so thankfully my best bud Amazon carries it. 2 day prime shipping? Yes, please.

Now that I’m off the Whole30, and I can have bread again (hello lover… I’ve missed you) – I can play with the carb recipes again.

Ever since I got this seasoning, Ive wanted to sprinkle it on cream cheese stuffed crescent rolls. I dunno why – I just crave awesome things. 😉

So that’s what I did – and y’all… I have to tell you. This is GOOD! And EASY!!

Everything Bagel Crescent Bites

Servings 8 Crescent Bagel Bites

Ingredients

• 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
• cream cheese amount to taste
• egg white
• Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles. Place a little chunk of cream cheese at the top wider half & roll up, pinching the ends to seal in the cream cheese
• Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
• Bake for 12 minutes.
