Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

These Baked Parmesan Tomatoes are so delicious and a perfect low carb pizza replacement too. My kids even love these and they’re so super easy.


Baked Parmesan Tomatoes
Ingredients
- tomatoes
- real shredded Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Slice the tomato into rounds, about ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. Shake on a little bit of Italian seasoning, salt, & pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil on top. Bake for 15 minutes.

What a great way to prepare tomatoes! I used to tell my children that broccoli were baby trees, and they thought that was great, how cute “tomato cookies” , anything to get them to eat their fruit and veggies 🙂
