I’ve got a recipe for you today that’s easy, healthy, & yummy. The best part? It’s only 3 ingredients! And you basically just throw everything into a blender or food processor & pulse it all up. Heck, there’s no basically to it. That’s actually what you do!

Can I stress how super simple this recipe is?

Y’all – this is all you need. And don’t get all grossed out with the dates. I promise… I don’t like dates either! But when blended up with the peanut butter & chocolate, something magical happens.

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Larabars

Ingredients

  • 24 oz pitted dates
  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, pulse the peanuts until ground. Add the dates & chocolate chips to the ground peanuts & continue to pulse until everything is ground & mixed together. It should be sort of like a dough. Press the mixture firmly into a square baking dish that has been lined with wax paper or aluminum foil (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray). Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 20 minutes (or until set) - then slice.
